Go all out this birthday. Find a bucket list item and see if its possible now, an all day spa and beauty day that ends in your favorite dinner, a downtown portland night on the town with a stay at a nice hotel...whatever you do, make time for yourself to have a moment and soak in the yeaR and hoNor your hard work and sacrifice. Then, continue your fabulous day filled with things you love.

I think you need to face this birthday head on & be thankful you took that shower & noticed that lump! Celebrate that you are alive & healthy one Year later, have been so blessed this past year & have learned so much along the way. You are so awesome in si many ways

That long shower last year saved your life so this year a quiet family dinner at home complete with cake with party hats. Make it a celebraTion for the kiDs as well. I don’t usually make a big deal of My birthday either, but if i had been tHrough wHaT you have accomplished i would definitely be ceLebrating to take charge of the day and fill it with positivity.

You could cerTainly use a do-over, if you wanT to go simple. But it was a pretty big deal and a busy crazy year! At least allow your sElf care be more than a long jazZy shower… give yourself s spa day or a weekend with just the husband.

Get a baby sitter for the night. take a bubble bath…light some candles. Take mr blue eyes and yourself out on a date. Just the two of you, hold hands and laugh!
